So I rewatched Deathly Hallows part 2 the other day and just got to doodling.
I got to the scene in the Great Hall and was once again reminded of how much of a BAMF Minerva McGonagall (and Dame Maggie Smith while we're at it) actually is. Standing up to Snape in the middle of the hall like that, fire off offensive spells all stone-cold at the Headmaster (and taking out the Carrows, which I don't feel was accidental) at the same time.

I'd have to agree with you on taking out the Carrows. Both had their wands raised to attack McGonagall when it all started and Snape conveniently takes them both out.
