This is why I truly believe the fourth movie would have far better suited for being a post series movie taking place 3 or 4 years after Kagome returns. Because by the timeline the movie takes places after episode 167 but before the final act and we never see the hanyou kids and I don't believe for 1 millisecond Kagome & Inuyasha would let the kids go off on their own. This is why they should redo the movie to be a post series movie.
